Saturday Social Studies for Elementary (2 hour CTLE Workshop)
November 4, 2017 at Syracuse City School District PD Building
CNYCSS is branching out and striving to offer its members more
opportunities for professional development.
This Elementary Social Studies workshop is focused on our
elementary members.
The workshops are facilitated by teachers from urban and rural
schools focusing on topics such as social justice, trade books, and
integrating ELA and Social Studies.
Session 1

- Everybody Wins: Building Positive Partnerships with Historic Sites,

- Using John Lewis's March to Teach About Social Justice,
