Narrated by Emmy-award winning journalist David Muir, this documentary shares the story of how the conception and creation of the Erie Canal turned the United States, which was essentially a third world country at the start of the canal’s construction in 1808, into the richest nation in the world, and became a hub for economic transcendence.
Kick off the night by meeting the Erie producers, followed by a Q&A with Canal experts featured in the film.
The showing will begin at 7 p.m.
